I'll be taming every pet I can in legion (rare/challenge tames) and uploading videos on how to tame them as I found it extremely annoying to figure these things out on my own (although still fun as hell XD)

Unfortunately, i can't dedicate the time I'd like to put in as I recently moved to Florida to study anesthesia but I'm going to do my absolute best to send out more videos on hunter pets!

BTW, "random beast appears" would be your talent, Dire Beast. I deliberately spec away from that, as I find it a liability for taming (and uncontrollable for that matter).

Yep, you can drop him wherever you want, and he is not able to be killed by anyone except the Hunter that summoned him.
