My New Imp

I was (and still am) bummed that Blizz changed Grimoire of Supremacy and removed all the enhanced demons that came with it because my Warlock's Fel Imp was named "Fizle" (one "z" short of being Fizzle, but I still called him that), and I just thought that was the coolest Imp name ever. But, on the first 50g I spent with the Demon Trainer in Orgrimmar, I replaced my normal Imp "Duggot" with a decent name alternative:



Yes, I know it has an extra "r" in there, but I'm still calling him Tarot and wondering how I can get him to wear a gypsy style bandana and shoot random Tarot cards instead of Fireballs

I like that name! I've never had any luck with demon names on my warlock and would be too embarrassed to admit to how much I have spent trying to get a decent name for them

Can Unholy DK rename ghoul pets? I love the abomination talent but I hate the stupid names it gets, dumb sh*t like Turdburper or Fartknocker. Would love to be able to rename.

You cannot because the ghoul/abom has a randomized name no matter how many times it is summoned, at least it's always been like that. I seem to remember names sticking on beta, but they could still be randomized on live. Warlocks can rename their demons since they're such a permanent part of them but they cannot name them whatever they want. They have to pay a gold fee to a trainer to essentially reroll a demon and hope they get lucky.

I continuously resummon him until I get something I somewhat like lol, I think Plaguebelcher was my last abom and I was so sad it didn't work like warlock demons and I could keep that name because it was really good for an abom.

My best ghoul names have been Tombravager, which I read as Tom Bravager, and on the opposite end of appropriateness, Bonegobbler.

I remember back somewhere during Mists I started chain rerolling my succubus on my alliance warlock (my Horde warlock has Lynxia, which is FANTASTIC as I have an old non-WoW RP character with that name). I nearly bankrupted myself and her name is still something unpleasing to the ear, though I don't remember what.

I haven't really gone back to try and fix it in a while because voidlord > * for soloing stuff on a squishy undergeared alt, and if/when I ever ran dungeons/LFR, I'd be running GoSac anyway.
