Bulvinkel spawn timer

After getting this moose on my Alliance main I am now on my Horde main to bang her to 110 since she was my first 100 in doing so I decided to head to Stormheim and check on my favorite moose been sitting here for don't know how long now at least hours and still nothing even saw few other hunters come and go yet I remain strong. Has his timer been buffed so he takes longer to spawn cause I remember didn't take so long on my other main but now taking forever and I am mostly alone here camping.

I think it's fairly short, about 2-3 hours if I recall correctly? Not bad compared to some timers anyways.

I waited 6 hours for mine.

Seen twice in 15 minutes. I got there and camped him for about 45 minutes around 5am Wednesday morning. Woke up and logged in around 1pm and he was just sitting there. Then logged off to update an addon and when I logged back in he was up again.

Must be due to CRZ and such cause early this morning after waiting six hours he finally spawned in front of me but was worth the wait.

I was looking for Bulvinkel early last week and he wasn't up, but he appeared immediately after the server restart that was counting down when I first logged in.
