BfA Leveling Pet What Will You Roll With?

So with all the changes to pets I was wondering if people were going to stick with the same ones or switch it up a bit. I'm going with a Clefthoof (first time owning one) for leveling at least. I have the APC ring (Legendaries are good till level 115) that makes a for a good pet no matter what it is but I want to be able to tank a dungeon boss if the need arises. If they fix the second pet talent then I will have Baby (baby direhorn) in my 1st slot or Biohazard (croc-o-slime).

I don't know yet, but I have some things I am fond of from beta who I will tame and use as I level. Well, with one notable exception, since Blizzard apparently thinks that eldritch horrors who may or may not ever have been animals don't make good pets and won't let me have my bramble bear from beta. Sadly Abbie the Perfectly Normal Bear will no longer be with me. But, that's the way of things. At least we'll always have Stormwind. *sniffles* And I'm race and name changing a druid when KT humans come out and learning to play guardian in her memory. Aside from that, there is Ghund. Who is a hound. Named after G'huun. And Briney, a random crab from Drustvar who I am for some reason infatuated with. And Norma, Abbie's friend. Who is an actually normal white hawk.

No, I don't have a reasoned strategy. I have random things I found. That's just kinda how I roll.

It probably depends on how tough it is solo. If I need a tanky pet, Clefthoof will probably be it. If I need a lot of healing myself (which would be weird for BM) probably Spirit Beast, if its heal stays even remotely as strong as it is.

Pterrordax. I want my Un'Goro Pterrordax pet, even if it scaled REALLY tiny.

I'll be going straight from finishing the opening scenario to Drustvar, to tame my bee, Honey. If the pre-patch allows us to tame the new families before BfA comes out, I'll already have my Frog and Unicorn. I also think the new Hyenas are absolutely gorgeous. Honey though, she will be my levelling partner. Honey and I shall conquer all!

I expect I'm going to end up taming a new companion in each zone and leveling with them in that particular area until I find my next new tame. Then I'll see who I bond with naturally. I'm excited though!

As soon as BFA goes live I am heading to Azsuna and tame my four Dreamrunners.

Unicorn will be out and about! and I'll probably have my quillen in my stable just in case.

Unicorn, then as soon as I can, a Bee.

Those will be my only 2 new pets because Blizzard are jerks who won't add more stable slots.

A unicorn first, although for the sake of sentimentality Felrius (the diseased wolf model) might be beside me for the first little while. Then I intended to grab the new white raptor and albino raven at the very least and see how they click for Krys.

I really haven't thought about it on my other hunters and I probably should :')

Random Question, have the rare bears that they added that have the Vanilla model, did they end up being adjusted with the new bear skeleton? Or did the old skeleton get grandfathered through with the vanilla model?

I plan on taming a Krolusk. I have been running around with one on the Beta, and I'm really liking them. Might also get a Hyena and, perhaps, a hippo.

Hmmm, I'm actually unsure :/ can you tell by comparing the models on Wowhead?

Krolusks are so far my favourite new pet model. Such a cool, unique design, and those cute faces!

I'll probably start with a red crab. I've swapped one out with the same name since vanilla. I'll try a bee and some other new stuff, trying to get some BfA models in my main bench. On my voodoo gnome, dinosaurs and a tarantula.

They are still the old bear skeleton/animation.

I guess I will run with the same as I use now until I find a alpaca. As my stable is full.

Same as I use currently,cat,wolf,bear,carrion bird. But I Will have to tame one of the new falcons.
