Teigan's gonna give MM another go - with which wolf?

I'm going to try MM again on Teigan and, might as well have a wolf for it. My guildies are being really nice and patient with my noobness so, it won't kill me to take their advice. If it doesn't work out, I'll just go retrieve my long suffering, patient rhino again. She was bored anyway, hadn't been out in a very long time.
I am having a devil of a time picking a wolf though. Obviously, a Sons of Hodir white worg that comes lvl 80 would be easiest. http://www.wow-petopia.com/html/skins/s ... white.html I actually am fond of that worg and if every single other hunter didn't have it, it would be an easy choice.
I am also fond of the devildogs in Zuldrak http://www.wow-petopia.com/html/skins/s ... erred.html but Teigan's other pets are all white/blue/black. (Loque, Ironhide Devilsaur, blue silithid, the Kurken) Wish the blue ones were tameable! But, since the wolf would be for MM, maybe red would be esthetically appropriate somehow. They are somewhat common, but not like the Northrend worgs (14 out of 28 in a random survey of Dalaran pets)
I don't feel up to camping OCJ, which would be another choice. But maybe Rema http://www.wow-petopia.com/html/mobs/mob_rema.html could come out of retirement.
I just don't know. What do you guys think?

Rema .................... true blue through and through. I don't like the worg models and the blighthounds are like bellybuttons. Everybody's got one.

'Vanilla' wolves just seem to get no love anymore.

There is no question here, Rema is the one. The original Wolf model is still the best. It looks like a Wolf and has great animations, making it feel like an actual companion rather than just a DPS tool.

I'm leaning heavily towards Rema. I really enjoyed having her around. Such a happy puppy.
The Magehunter is still in the running though, because of it's lovely animations. It's a catlike dog, which is amusing. Though, does anyone remember if it has a jump animation? Their popularity and clashing color scheme are the drawbacks. They aren't quite belly buttons on my server, but close!

While I love the detailing on the Northrend worgs and enjoy the idea of that big, shaggy lumbering thing keeping me company, everyone has one and really, my worg will have to wait until there is a new pet du jour.

I've seen them do that bubbly bounce /jump animation a lot so I know they have it.

I recently let my own blighthound go when I realized that it wasn't really him in that skin. He's my corepuppy, period. Blighthounds look neat, but they're not cuddly. Also, they don't have a real jumping animation, just the little hop in their idle animation.

Anyway. Gogo old world models! ^_^

I went out and tamed a blighthound. I'm not sure it's a good match, but I'm giving him a chance. They don't have a jump animation, sadly. More than likely, I'll go get Rema soon.

Rema. Hands down. The only wolf with the Northrend worg model that looks good is Skoll, imo. And magehunters bug me. >.> Besides, I looooooove Rema's model, it's really awesome.

The blighthound lasted all of 15 minutes. A wolf needs a jump animation. I have Rema once again.

Yay! Those wolf models are my favorite and the black ones are especially striking in my opinion. Good choice! I hope you and Rema have many a good time together.

We've had good times in the past and I think she'll be a good ally for learning MM, since she makes me happy.

I like Rema. I just got Snarler who has the same skin but is a rare.. I must say it is one of my favourite skins for sure!
