However I cannot tame the undead Raptors in Naz ......https://www.wow-petopia.com/look.php?id ... lmet_armor. Pretty sure I should be able to cause Ive seen Hunters running around with them. Did blizzard change this?

That's a Devilsaur, not a raptor. You need to be in Beast Mastery spec to tame that. If you have the tome, the only reason you'd be having trouble is that you're in the wrong spec. If you want to stay out of BM however, these five looks are available if you want to scratch that raptor itch.
I advocate for immersive features that will never happen. Why do I even bother?
I also do things in WoW that maaaaay not be fully intended. Beta testing live content!

Yeah, skele devilsaurs are a double-whammy: exotic and undead. I'm glad it wasn't a bug at least
