Most Starting Pets Seem to Have Been... Changed?

Just got beta access and upon going to create a void elf hunter, noticed the starting pet wasn't the Void Warpstalker. So I checked a few other races, and those are changed too.

Looks like the only unchanged ones are Dwarf, Worgen, Dark Iron, Kul Tiran, Goblin, and every Horde Allied Race. - (Using the list https://www.wow-petopia.com/guides/starterpetchart.php as a reference for existing ones.)

Alliance: Of note, Lightforged now have the unused model: https://www.wow-petopia.com/look.php?id=manaray_black whereas Gnomes have the rare spawn Mechanostrider that's actually a decent pain to tame.










(Mechagnome's is just a color swap unlike the others species swap)

Horde: Of note, Orcs have a brand new model Boar that isn't even on the War Within looks page for Petopia yet.

I might have missed someone bringing this up, but if I didn't, figured I'd post about it. Also, Earthen still do not have a starting pet, though I think the logical one will end up being one of the rock sheep/rams.

They have actually been like that since the start of shadowlands, the earthen have a ramolith starting pet, just not previewed in the creation screen

But the Orc's model isn't even listed on the Boar page at all, even in untameable. And the Lightforged one is listed under unavailable.

All the new pet models previewed were obviously not added into the actual game. Most of them are different than previewed, core races get a starting pet at exile’s reach and the allied races still start with older pets, that’s something that never changed for almost four years now
