Taming a rare / mob also gives its loot

Hello everyone,

Not sure if its just me or not, but recently (current patch, retail), I have been going around taming pets I didnt get before, and each time I tamed the pet, if it drops loot, the loot will be mailed to me. Not sure if its a bug or intended, but if it's intended, its great news and need to be shared with all mount / pet hunters that farm the unique skin pets that we want.

So far this happened to me twice for Naroua (I was sent the fel spotted egg after tame), and also the Ancient Duskcloak (junk was sent).

Didn't get for any classic mob / rare, not sure if its not implemented or they don't have any significant loot table?

Anyway, just thought to share this. Hope someone else can verify.
