01:20 Server time something I've been trying for has finally happened. I tamed the Beast. It was an insane amount of work. By far the hardest tame ever because of his knockback, kicking me, flaming me, etc. Thank you so much to my good friend and new friend who helped.
I had put in general that I was willing to pay for a healer that wouldn't pull aggro to help make the tame after about 15 failed attempts and three trash pets. Was losing health faster then tame completed. Anyways. A level 80 pally was willing and we grouped and went.
Trash pet sent in, serpent sting, BW, abandon, potion , tame .................... fail. But we kept going and I just kept hitting that tame button. No joke like 20 attempts. The last one though, probably #25, I hit my macro for tame and watched the counter go down down down .............. ooooo 6 secs, 2 DDDDDIIIIIIINNNGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!! I jumped and screamed and literally shed tears of joy!!! My heart was pounding and I was shaking! (still are) Scared the bahjesus out of my dog and my roommates who quickly came and asked if I was ok. I eeked out a "yes" and just sat there. Then I really had to pee. We port back to Stormwind and the cheers and hugs are flowing!!!! I was just shocked. This was just ................ a lot of work. Took a lot out of me. Take my hat off to those who solo tamed him. But here's my big bumbly boy.

Many love and thanks to LuLu (clutchmother) for not putting up a fuss about going into battle and taking a vacation. I sincerely hope my girl will be back. But if not I understand.
Aww grats! I had mine named him Dio but sadly he was not for me. Im proud to say I did it though and then let him lumber back to where he belonged we never just clicked. Grats on your tame however!

BW is the commonly used abbreviation for Bestial Wrath. If you pop it and then abandon your trash pet right after you have 10 seconds of immunity from fears and such, which comes in handy for tames like this.
