Probably nearly everyone is a 3 after looking at those pics.
But for you who don't remember Eligor Dawnbringer appears in Light's Hope Chapel
and then he got moved to Wintergarde Keep and now-at least in Beta-he got moved back to the Eastern Plaguelands.
And also according to WOWWiki's article on Balnazzar, in the Cata section on him, "After the events in Northrend and Undercity,
Balnazzar sheds his disguise and kills the remaining Scarlet Crusaders and uses his necromantic powers to resurrect them, as the Risen."
So from the text it looks like instead of wasting time fighting Balnazzar's alter ego Saidan Dathrohan the nathrezim will already be waiting
for you in his true form.
With as good as they did Strath, I really can't wait to see how the rest of the older dungeons turn out.
