Overboard! or Onboard?
So i'm wanting to join up and join the fun. I've gone and done what I usually do ... and over do it. I've made alts(read many) on Nesingwary server(is my 5th or 6th alt server now). I've read up on how to join I'm just wondering if I shouldn't put some more time into my hunters before looking for some one for an invite. I tend to burn my self out on wow so I play a-lot for about 3 to 4 months then I stop all together for about 2 to 3 months and then come back.(is that ok?) Plus I'm an alt-aholic and I pretty much like all the classes(rogue/priest/warrior I haven't played much) and I like to be self sufficient so I have to do all the trade skills.
Planing on filling up the char slots on the server with 3 Alliance and 6 Hord.(shush I'm cheating by making a death knight first) Kinda hoping to make this my main server if I can get comfy with it.

The thing that's so great about the petopia guild is that it doesn't matter if your play time is sporadic. You're still welcomed with open arms after not having logged onto your toon for 2 months.
Don't worry about leveling first, just join.

In the Eu-guild, that happens even when you've just been gone for a few hours. :DSarayana wrote:You're still welcomed with open arms after not having logged onto your toon for 2 months. :)
I also exist on DeviantArt.

" when you've just been off for a few minutes even.
But yeah, don't worry about it Delphinie. This is a very friendly and very casual and very FUN guild. Everybody here loves each other lol. I have a similar play style to yours; I get REALLY into it for a few months, then disappear for a month or so to focus on other things like writing or drawing or whatever. When I come back, the only real difference in the guild is that some people who were significantly below me in level are now...not. XD. Everybody still knows you and welcomes you back.
And you should join right away! Don't worry about level requirements, we don't have any XD. In fact, it would probably make it that much more fun to level, with a whole pack of awesome people to talk to while you do so
I'm pretty sure that it's because of THIS guild that character classes I otherwise burned out on have been leveled as far as they have by me. For example, I've never been able to level a mage before now, but my Petopains-mage, Hadyn, is already level 62! The reason? Probably because at level 30, about the time I was having serious trouble with the class, a few guildies stepped in and said "Hey! Have you tried THIS trick, and THIS? And THIS spec is very useful too," and BAM, thanks to AWESOME TIPS I got over that hurdle and had fun leveling afterwards
So yeah, just come join, IS FUN.

*nods* Don't think of this as a guild where you have obligations or requirements. Petopians is meant mostly as a fun refuge to hang out with and do silly things with fellow forum-goers. You are not constrained into any sort of roles or activity. You don't have to play a hunter, you can roll whatever the heck you feel like playing. My realm list is full on Nesingwary because I'm such an alt-o-holic.
Choose what professions you want to do, or don't have any at all.
A few of us have moved our main characters over because we enjoy it so much, but for many people their Petopian alts are just a relaxing getaway of sorts to log in to when they desire.
