You can purchase guild tabards in any major city. Go to a guard and ask for directions to the Guild Master. There will be a tabard vendor near them.
EDIT: Oops, didn't' see what forum this was under. xD If you're in Petopians we usually have tabards in the gbank free for the taking.

First, you must get a screenshot of your level 1 toon dead at the feet of the opposing faction leader's feet.
