COOKIES!

yesterday while helping camp for king krush the subject of cookies came up.so heres one of my favorite rescipes.

Chocolate chip kahlua cookies
INGREDIENTS
-2 cups flour
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2teaspoon baking soda
-3/4 cup butter,completely melted
-1/4 cup kahlua
-1 cup brown sugar,firmly packed
-1/2 cup white sugar
-1 egg (or 2 egg yolks,slightly beaten)
-2 cups chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1.sift flour,baking soda,salt into large bowl.
2.melt butter in large pan (dont let cool),add kahlua.
3.add sugers and eggs to butter mix.beat well.
4.mix in flour and chips till just blended.
5.cover and chill for 4-24 hours.
6. after chilled.preheat over to 350*F and grease foil lined cookie sheets
7.drop heaping tablespoons full of dough onto greased cookie sheet,3 '' space between dough balls.
8.bake 10-12 minutes till brown around edges.

NOTE:do NOT store extra dough in fridge or freezer for later use.will alter texture.

Kahlua recipe
INGREDIENTS
-3cups water
-3 cups suger
-2 or 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
-10(?) teaspoons instant coffee
-1 quart vodka
DIRECTIONS
1.simmer everything EXCEPT vodka in large sauce pan for 30 minutes.
2.cool and add vodka.should make about half a gallon.
