Icecrown Citadel Warhawk
DOn't know if this has been tried yet, but I had a go at taming the warhawks in ICC - orange hawk skins - sadly they count as being controlled already.

You reminded me of the undead birds that fly around Icecrown itself and how badly I want to tame want of them, but they are undead
