Problem unlocking Therazane quest

When I dinged 83 I stooped questing in Deepholm and I went to a different area to quest to 84. Now I realized I have no rep with Therazane and there still hated by me.. I can't figure out how unlock the quest chain that will give me rep for them..

The pre-req quest to gain Therazane rep is Imposing Confrontation: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26315

I still have not figured out how to get to The Very Earth Beneath Our Feet.. Someone said they had to do all the ship quest before they could start the chain.

I think I'm on the chain. I have to turn this upper world pillar fragment and I've read the middle one is the one that starts it all.

I have found that most (not all) quests in a zone are related to starting with the very first breadcrumb quest and going from there doing every single quest that pops up along the way.

I have also found very few quests that aren't involved in the larger quest chain of a zone... even if one quest branches off and starts going in a different direction... it still requires you to start at the beginning of the area.

This is very much true. And when in doubt, start at the Hero's Call board! Vashj'ir and Deepholm in particular are awful for dropping chains, so you end up wandering around looking for where it broke. >_< It's kind of a crappy side effect, but it absolutely works when you don't lose the chain.
