Rare pets with unique skin.

I've been taming rare pets with unique skin (only one tamable with said skin), and there is no place that gather the info on which and how many are they. I though it was a good idea to have a post like this, so I decided to start one.
I will keep it updated with info u guys add, let me know if I'm forgetting someone. Sorry if there is something similar on the forum, I searched and didn't find it

  Also on a side note, there are some pets that are not unique skin, but all options are hard to get, making that pet skin rare/hard:
  Blue Boss Silithid as:
  • - Harakiss the Infestor (rare spawn) or Princess Yauj (Temple of Ahn'Qiraj boss)
  Red Boss Silithid as:
  • - Ainamiss the Hive Queen (rare spawn) or Vem (Temple of Ahn'Qiraj boss)
  Yellow Worm:
  • - Oozeworm or Grubthor (both rare spawn)

so, according to your list i still am missing 4 pets: Zora; Brilliant Macaw; Albino Eyegouger; Spiteflayer.

This means the hunt is still on!!

Princess Hunhurun.

Silithid Brain Bug:
Lord Kri.

Both the above are in AQ40, Princess and Lord Kri are both completely unique and posses the only versions of that colouration.

Shadowclaw is a riding model black tiger

Duskstalker is a riding model snow leopard

as for hard tames....you could say Yauj's Beetles count too (they don't exist anywhere else)

Grubthor and another rare spawn worm share the same skin.

And Duskstalker isn't a true rare either. I know for a fact that Shadowclaw is just a few minutes. I killed him on my paladin, then saw him again a few minutes later.

Shango is the only orange riding tiger skin, but hes easy as hell to get. Not sure if he fits in anywhere

You skipped over Ghamoo-ra, the turtle boss from Blackfathom Deeps. While not a rare spawn, he is the only tamable turtle using the same model as Tortolla from Hyjal. *pats Adamantoise on the shell*

The title of the post is rare pets with unique skins. They just happened to include hard to get pets as well. Neither Shango or Ghammo-ra are rare or hard to get.

OT: Shadowclaw has an insanely short respawn timer. On my baby belf hunter, I made a huge trek out there just to watch some druid kill him in front of me. Tabbed out for about ~10 minutes to check his timer and make an epic trek post here when I heard my belf getting attacked, tabbed back in the game and saw Shadowclaw there again.

Many of the low level "rares" have very quick respawn timers so I imagine Duskstalker's timer is equally as short.

Gonna keep the "fast respawn" pets, at least for now, with a note. The idea is to track rare/hard pets.

Although Ghammo-ra and Shango are nice unique skins, they are not hard to get (same as Winna's Kitten, The Kurken, Ghost Saber, etc...)

I agree with this. Most, if not all, low level rares are pretty easy to get/find due to their very low respawn rate.

Very strictly speaking, Rak'shiri does not have a unique skin, even if it is rare, as it shares a look with the night elf starter pet. Not sure how that would affect your criteria, but there you are.
