Started camping at around 7pm last night, got a little worried when another Horde Hunter showed up and was hanging around then an Ally one came along and was quite obviously looking for Terror too, thankfully both left after a while (guess they didn't have as much patience as me), at around 1am I decided to get some sleep (being pregnant I was surprised I managed to sit there for 6 hours!).
But I didn't sleep much and woke around 5.30am, decided to log on and check the area, flapped about for about 30 mins and the only thing I saw was a lvl 85 Dwarf Hunter stop and get his lvl 82 Terrorpene out, so I'm going to guess I missed him spawn at some point, I went back to sleep and got up about 9amish and went for another camping round, keeping myself occupied by playing Bejweled on my addon and surfing the net made sure I didn't get bored, I started to loose hope of seeing him as that Alliance hunter from yesterday popped by again but she didn't stick around long thankfully.
At around 1pm there was still no sign of a spawn, I started to get a little down but I'm a determined gal so stuck to it, then suddenly my NPC scan goes nuts and Terrorpene had spawned almost right under me, after a few attempts at taming him only to die I asked if any healers could give me a had, one of the Druids in my guild was a little worried if he helped that I'd loose aggro on him but agreed to assist me anyway since he knows I'd been camping him almost non stop.
My Guildie shows up (thankfully no one else seemed to be around), I buff up and he throws his MotW on me and a HoT, I then get taming again and BAM! I got him, I was so happy I almost lept up in joy as I really did not expect to be able to tame this guy at my level, I bombarded my Guildie with hugs and love and many many Thank yous, he was very happy I'd gotten Terror too and was impressed with the way the little guy looked, it really did make my made to take on a challenge I didn't expect to acomplish.

It goes to show, that if you really put your mind to it you can do it!
I tamed Terror at 84..I think I could have done it when I first saw him at 83 but I died and when I came back another hunter was there and taming him..
