Betrayal

[Nefretiti]

(this is about my forsaken huntress Alixyndra, how she came to be)

Alix moved swiftly through the underbrush, her white saber Tigash padding quietly beside her, smiling to herself she made her way closer to the small settlement she had been asked to scout when suddenly a dull thud followed by a searing pain between her shoulderblades sent her hurtling forward into the moss covered ground.
- To easy .. and you call yourself a ranger .. sister .. Alix gasped as the familiar taunting voice washed over her.
- No! she gasped clawing at the ground trying to find her footing.
- You will be dead in ten minutes or less .. Alix could hear the smile in the voice as it floated towards her from somewhere behind her - Good riddance..
"No no no!" kept ringing inside Alix mind as she desperately tried to claw her way back towards safety and help but she did not get far before she could hear other voices, guttural and unfamiliar.
- A night elf .. still alive too..
- Not for long it seems .. that arrow .. looks like one of their own.
- Aye My lady.
- Take her back to the headquarters, we need all we can get .. even this one may be of some use.
"God please no!" Alix could feel a single tear slip down her cheek as darkness finally closed in over her.

"Light .. sounds ..I'm alive?" Alix blinked against the dull grey light seeping in from what appeared to be some kind of doorway, her vision still blurred.
- Oh good .. you're awake! .. outside with you, dont forget to report to the caregiver.. Alix flinched when a moldy note was pressed into the palm of her hand.
- Wh .. where ..?
- Deathknell! now move along .. I have other new recruits to take care of.
Alix stumbled towards the doorway when it struck her "Deathknell? .. no! .. please no!" looking down on herself confirmed her fears .. what used to be her apprentice ranger armor .. now stained and tattered hung loosely over pale rotting flesh, the bones in her joints clearly exposed.
As she stumbled blindly up the stairs a thought hit her calming her down somewhat making a grim smile appear on her face

"Well it appears I will get my revenge after all ....."

Just a little tip here, you might want to avoid mixing the ''speech-thingies''. You used both the dash (-) followed by the talk and the little talk inside citation marks (''), which is a pretty big no-no in writing. :)
