Yeah. Arcturis can dance. His skin is the bear skin, and when a P.A.R.T.Y. Grenade (or, it used to be and I'm not sure if it is any more, Piccolo Of The Flaming fire) are used, they and all other hunter pet bears will dance. Just to correct this misunderstanding: rares are not elites unless the silver dragon around their potrait has a wing on it.
