Hello guys ! New hunter and forum member here saying Hi !
Started searching about a week ago for the lovely Loque, hours and hours and more hours later, still no luck ! Never seen him in the wild, starting to wonder if he's really out there lol !! Got NPC scan and overlay installed, guess i just have to keep lurking around SB !!
I, too, have spent hours looking for Loque, and not once have I seen him or any of the other rares in Sholazar Basin, so I know exactly what you mean. Keep on looking and never give up though, because you never know when he might appear for you! Npc scan and overlay combined are must-haves in my opinion, so you're already off to a good start there. I wish you all the luck, and hope you find him soon!
Pull up a chair and a Mai Tai, you're in for a long camp unless you get lucky. I know many people that have spent weeks and weeks camping him before they were finally successful taming him. Good luck.
Well, it is easier to tame Loque now that Northrend has been emptied, but that doesn't mean that he's easy. Just keep at it, and make sure that you get any available information about when he was last killed/tamed.

Welcome! Dont give up. We have all done that brutal circle circle circle of SB looking for Loque. It gets tedious and there are times you think WTF am I doing lol. But when that npcscan goes off there is nothing more exciting! Good luck and dont get discouraged. You will get him! Just might take some time.
Make sure you clear your NPC creature scan file before you log on/after you log off. If you hearth before you log out there is a high chance when you log back in that someone in a 100yd radius might have Loq out and running around and it will mark it as found in NPC scan.
I went afk for maybe 1:30sec while camping Arc and in that time a hunter landed, brought out his Arc and flew off. I came back and camped for an hour more and logged off. Thinking that I was logged out at his spot and I didnt see him I assumed I didnt have to clear my cache. I logged in the next day and while sitting there alt tabbed he spawned and when I alt tabbed back he was sniffing me! I learned to ALWAYS CLEAR YOUR CACHE!! lol
Yay he found me, 10minutes before i have to log off to go cook dinner, thought i'd have a quick fly round and there he was, nearly fell of my chair lol
So that's Loque and Terrorpene in one day when only half heartedly looking for both !!
