i have only seen him once in the wild ever. i was camping and chatting on vent, and one of my friends was REALLY loud, so i alt tabbed to turn him down. tabbed back in to see that 1) madexx had spawned directly beneath me! 2) there was a belf paladin taking out the last bits of his health

my npcscan hadn't gone off because i was tabbed out for literally 30 seconds messing with a vent setting. i logged over to horde and asked the belf "didn't you see the hunter sitting directly over him?" to which she replied "i collect tears from the rare mobs. you should have tagged it instantly and since you didn't i killed it to teach you a lesson."

absolutely unbelievable. my only consolation is that at least it was a black one and not the green i really really want.

npc scan should go off while tabbed, just make sure you have "enable sound in background" in your sound options in wow. Not sure if it only works with windowed mode or not but some sounds don't seem to go through on fullscreen.

I am so sorry you encountered one of these jerks:( I've got a pretty thick skin normally, but the jerks I encountered really chipped away at it...SO I personally cannot wait for you to get your Madexx!
