I think this is actually a harder taming challenge at this level then the new 4.2 challenges, but this is proof that it is indeed doable, and I did it!!

Well thats ok, right as I finished this, I went down to the surface and got him, but if you know if would be good to notify others, cuz flying above would be way faster.

With the ground surface being so deep, can npcscan still detect GC by flying right at water level, or do you have to swim down closer to the surface?

Yeah same here, and keep in mind to those that don't know, it is a difficult solo tame, he still hits hard. I have to FD like 3 different times, and the knockback is brutal.
