I've managed to nab Ghostcrawler and Sambas on the same day, one at 1:59pm and the other sometime around 7:09pm?

I have yet to find Karoma and Terrorpene much less see anyone on our server with it. /cry

How and again how do you guys get so lucky with rare tames? I can spend two days 24 hours literally sitting around (I have no job at the moment) and never find a single rare spawn no matter what rare it is. I use NPCScan but it has been of no use. I've camped Terrorpene straight for ten hours and he did not appear. Camped him the next hours and still nothing.
