Ravagers are good. They don't quite have a stun but they knockback enemies so I'm not sure if stun immunity still effects it or not, but eitherway its generally the same as stunning someone : ) (By knockback I mean when they use the ability they fall on their arse)

I think it depends on your RP server if you're asking about how people act. I'm alliance and I'm Argent Dawn and not many people appear to RP and the RP'ers I do find tend to be clustered in Goldshire which is also where a bunch of annoying people are too :\
