At least per Wowhead (Which can be inaccurate), they aren't currently tamable on the PTR. Unfortunately, due to Mythic+, Blizz tends to not make things in dungeons tamable (some exceptions).

That specific NPC for Filo was probably based off of a template and they just never removed the family (which for Filo is Scalehide).

It looks like Patch 12.0.1 might have bugged the Radiant Echoes and made them no longer obtainable. People on Wowhead are reporting the same thing.

It is an NPC tied to a mount that involves collecting 500 shards from any mob in Harandar. You first complete the Legends of Aln'Sharan questline, which allow for the shards to drop. Once you get all 500, you throw them into a pond (the same one in the questline), then fly up to Aln'Sharan, dismount...

There are several of them in the area where the Void Strike happens and are spreadout, but they don't have a lot of health.

There are a few new models via mounts. They likely will not be on tamable beasts, let alone NPCs, but you never know. The blue bee model was also finally used

The things weren't particularly relevant, since they aren't new additions in terms of appearances and such, and it isn't known yet whether or not the Warpstalker is actually in the game or not, so I didn't post about it.

Yes, I found those ones last night and catalogued them to be added later on. I might know where the warpstalker is. I'll post once I get to it.

I'm fairly certain Wain outright told us to not discuss exploits. They likely got lucky with a bug on the first couple days of the expansion, similar to what happened in Dragonflight and TWW. Those guys got something nice, so good on them. Just remember to not harass them over it like that one guy ...

I would say that if anyone knows the method, to just post it. Since it is now known that it is possible (and some suggestions I've seen about the method), it is only a matter of time before it is known to everyone.

It looks like there is a way currently to tame friendly beasts in Midnight. How exactly it is done, I don't know, but there are pets that I have seen that have unique appearances that can only be found on friendly NPCs, such as Vision of the Matriarch, Curious Kitten, and Spirit of Lake Elrendar. They weren't found on the Beta since Delves, including the Nemesis system, weren't working fully in the Beta. I did notice the Nemesis spawns a couple of days ago, I just didn't comment about them here.
