Whose Your 1st Ever Rare?

My first ever rare pet was Azzere the Skyblade, way back in Vanilla when she still had 'caster stats'. Unfortunately, since my Orc huntress also had Washte Pawne, poor Azzere never got to see the light of day save for as a show pet, and I ended up releasing both of them when I decided to make Tetsuka use worgs instead. Shuurai, one of my blood elf huntresses, picked Azzere up again a few months ago because of how much I missed her.

Amaranth will never leave my stables again.

While a neat lion, i don't think Echeyakee is a rare since its a spawn. Infact, I don't think any of the white lions are listed as a rare spawn since both require summons. ^^;

Pet wise? Humar. On my long deleted horde hunter. Kill wise? Uh...oh jeeze...don't hate me but..it was a LONG time ago on my Mage...I got her to 79 and was in storm peaks and saw a pretty blue dog..and killed it. After asking for about fifteen minutes if a hunter wanted him or not though! I still feel bad about it. First rare pet on Asliasa? Humar. Seems to be a pattern..

On Silinrul, it was Loque'Nahak, I think. Since she quested with the same pet from level 34-80, I never even considered taming another pet during that time. And before 34, I was still kinda noobish and never even considered taming a rare.

I never really had a rare on my very first hunter two years ago, but I did have the teal scorpion, so that's close to being a rare. Just a scorpion with a rare skin.

On Agnas, my first rare for her was Mazz but this bird wasn't her first pet. It was her second. When I gonna get my first pet in Tirisfal, I wasn't high enough to get Sri'skulk.

For Fio, that would be the CM. Yep, second time around my second pet was a rare tallstrider.

Then for Deli, Ressan. It was a very long and dangerous trip but it was well worth taming that albino bat.

Mazzranache for me, I refused to even level up or leave the are untill I nabbed him, one of the reasons I rolled my hunter alt, who is slowly turning into my main now!

Well on my first hunter Inaric, it was Humar.. oh the epic camping in a tree for a few days finally to be excited when he did spawn!

On Sasrei... I am thinking it was shadowclaw

On Saon it was dishu I am pretty sure

As far as taming, my first rare was actually not on my primary hunter. I was levelling up a night elf on a friend's server (three years later, she's still level 44). She got Broken Tooth. Mind you, this was in BC, after attack speed normalization, so Broken Tooth wasn't as sought after as he had been for most of Vanilla. Still had to have him. His name is Sahara.

As for my Aldera, I think her first rare tame was actually Grubthor. Yeah, no rares until wrath. Limited stable slots really, and I liked a lot of the common looks.

As for killing, I've killed a lot on my priest, to the point where I don't remember which was first. Probably one of the rare quillboars in Durotar. I always liked hunting rares. Not to be a jerk, but just for the thrill and surprise of the hunt.

Timber the level 9 white worg from Dun Morough, tamed him on my orc hunter at level 10.

Mazz was my first rare on my first hunter. So started my love for tallstriders, hehe.

I remember back when I started playing Strider Clutchmother wasn't even tamable. Later when I found out she was I made Wassa and got her first thing at level 20.

That reminds me of the ghost saber... not my first rare but pretty close - once I figured out how to get one, I actually rolled a new hunter (Velocity) just to tame it, feverishly leveled up to lvl 20, and then played her pretty much exclusively throughout most of TBC.

While I now have a million or so alts, Velocity still gets played regularly and is among my lvl 80s... and her ghostsaber Boo is still her main pet for 5 mans.

Loque'nahak. For me the cool thing I did for my hunter while she was lvling was to run her out to Darkshore from Org to tame a Moonstalker. A good friend of mine from my old server had one named Darwin. And I loved that cat. He was so pretty. So I decided that I was going to tame one in his honor and named her Daria. She was my buddy from lvl 17-80. And I still have her. There is no way I'll ever let her go.

So since I wasn't "rare" shopping while lvling, Loque was my first Rare. And what a gorgeous first he was.

I think my first rare was either Humar or Rak'shiri, on my back then nelf hunter (now she´s a dranei,and not my main anymore. Gor myself a new hunter who´s a belf. x) )
