so these guys are in Cata but not currently in live? In cata I'm planning on switching from NE to Goblin, so perhaps I'll stop by and pick one of these puppies up before the faction switch

EDIT - With the latest build, the green plaguehounds in Eastern Plaguelands can now be tamed. I checked each version and they all want to be collared, it seems.

At the time, Petopia wasn't updated to reflect that (I checked) XD

But like I said, this is probably subject to change. Like I stated before in my post, if you noticed, Blizzard is trying to minimize 'faction-only pets' as much as possible. I'm sure this guy is no different down the line.

I never doubted the green ones would become tameable in EPL, it was just a matter of time. ^^
