Am I the only hunter in existence who uses the Undead Hawk?

I have one on my bigger hunter right now named Nazgul, and I adore his look but never got into the habit of working with bird pets as a hunter. My littlest hunter is going to go pick him up when she is a high enough level, and my bigger hunter will drop him, as I don't want a lot of birds on her and need the stable space.

He is a fun little bird though, my favorite of the bird skins design wise.

I have one of those as I do love the model, but she doesn't get much use, unfortunately. I tend to use a few other pets far more frequently.

I've not got round to getting one yet, but I'm going to have to now having read this, I'd decided I liked the model, just wasn't sure what to drop stable-wise :S still, some re-thinking is needed I reckon

Just tell them you tamed a regular brown hawk... but didn't play for a few weeks and forgot to feed it.

I have one on my alt, love him. One of my favorite pet models, actually! I really like it.
The only problem is I don't find Cunning pets very useful, and it has Snatch. I never PvP, so it's rather useless overall for me. :-/
It's still gorgeous, though. I wish I had more of a use for it.

Such a nice bird, I have every other bird of prey but didnt know this one was tame able till after id done the quest d'oh, I now plead with everyone in my guild to let me come along as they pull one from the sky for me but so far no takers.....next to Aotona (which i have ) it would have to be the rarest bird pet in use, and as a bird collector I do want one badly, as an impatient hunter I cant wait till the next patch brings the mob to northrend and makes it easier to get.

I find that whipsers are just part of my WoW experience.

I find that half my pets are whisper-worthy. It makes me happy.
Undead Hawk, Spirit Crab, Oil-Covered Wolf/Hawk, Sword in Head Wolf, Flaming Boar, Hydralisk, even the Pink Flamingo until 4.01 hit.

The sword-in-head wolf is my favorite, since wolves are common in heroics, and it is usually my indicaiton when the tnak starts getting bored after boss 2. ("Whoa, your pet has a sword in his head!")
