((Sounds like you found a pet that wormed its way into your heart Sesamee.

Much belated report on

. >_>))
I decided on a whim to take Rev back out to the deserts of Tanaris for a visit to his old homelands. As we traveled, we kept hearing tales from the villagers about a large, two headed carrion bird roaming amongst the smaller, single headed ones. My curiosity piqued, I mounted Rodrigo and began combing the desert locations that the reporters mentioned. Finally, hot and weary, and came across this magnificent bird, almost as if she were a mirage.
She seemed undisturbed by my approach, regarding me coolly with one green eye. As I reached out a hand to pet one of her beaks, she nipped me, cutting right through my glove and drawing blood. Cursing, I withdrew my hand and began trying to tie a quick bandage around it, glancing at the bird out of the corner of my eye. She hovered there, proud and regal, knowing she had my full attention. An idea sprang to mind and I turned Rodrigo around, having him walk away from the bird. A shrill squawk sounded behind me and I heard the sound of her wingbeats get a little faster. Smiling, I continued to move away from her until I felt talons latch around my shoulder and two bird faces stick themselves in mine, trilling. "Well hello there," I cooed, pretending to shoo her away. This resulted in more insulted trills and a peck on the head; she was mine.
With more force than I expected of the bird, she managed to lift me up off of Rodrigo's back and throw me to the ground. The breath knocked out of me, I barely had time to climb to my feet before she came squawking angrily at me and chasing me around the desert. So much trouble for just a tiny trick I played on her!
Once she finally settled down, I took Ember to my home of Undercity and showed her to a few of my favorite places there.
And, at her behest, we went and explored the training dummies, which she then promptly proceeded to attack with gusto. I'm not entirely sure if she was showing off or if she actually saw them as a threat.
A very interesting pet to be sure!
