Arcturis 2nd Spawn Point?

Silver Dragon almost always goes off for me when crossing the border into another zone. If something's been cached somehow it will just set off the alert as soon as I enter the appropriate area. Sometimes though it even does this on a cleared cache, so it's just...finicky often.

I had a Loque Alarm go off when I zoned into Firelands once from Silver Dragon. (After having recently reinstalled it to give it another chance.)

The only thing that I might say about the Silverdragon false alarms is that it doesn't exactly coincide with where this supposed second spawn is. That second 'spawn' point is fairly far from the actual borderline where Grizzly Hills meets Howling Fjord. It's too far away from that line to say that it was just a Silverdragon hrk. If you were to come into Grizzly Hills straight from Howling Fjord and directly south of the supposed second spawn point, the break between Grizzly Hills and Howling Fjord starts around 46.8/69.8 up in the mountains. To be logical, if you crossed the border and Silverdragon were to go off.....that's quite a ways away so it makes me wonder how this second spawn rumor came up with this exact area. Although, I will say that lag could have played a very big factor in when that false positive could have gone off.



Every time that I've had Silverdragon give me a false positive, it's been directly when I cross the boarder lines. I've actually experienced this false positive glitch A LOT and I kinda have a good idea of how it happens. It's the main reason that I uninstalled Silverdragon for a very long while. The only reason that I got it again was for the handy announcements it has. It's very useful when combining it with NPCscan while hunting for the TLPD as a team with another person. While I'm not tossing out the possibility of it all just being an error in the addons, I'm also not tossing out the idea of a second spawn either. :3

Just tossing in some added ideas to the pile! As for the Loque setting off Silverdragon in the Firelands, that's just weird. I've never personally heard of SD going off in improper zones before. D:

Maybe it was because SilverDragon wasn't up-to-date and didn't know what zone Firelands was? I have no idea how it works, just throwing that out there

I have an up-to-date SD, but I have noticed it bugs out at times, pinging for a previously cached rare as soon as you zone into the proper zone; for instance, the spirit kitties and Terrorpene upon loading into Hyjal from the portal. Very recently, King Krush seems to ping when entering SW and Deth when coming out of Sethekk lol. I have had Gondria ping on a fp from SP to Sholazar before while passing over ZD, always on the zone line. I think the false positives on zone lines is attributed to a glitch with these cached creatures. Just throwing my experiences out there

I tamed Skolll above Brunnhildar Village. Even killed TLPD in that area. I'm pretty sure I've seem him spawn by the harpies. I would have to log in to make sure I know what area you people are talking about.
