That's one good way to get banned.

Re: I'm just... happy and relieved: my guild just hit level
and every single quest we've been handing in, regardless of level, gives 60,000 guild exp.
it's amazing how fast it goes.
there's, what, 15 or so Firelands quests? that's nearly a million guild exp in one shot right there.
I should shortly be starting up my daily quests routine again (been very busy with work), which means that I have at least 6 toons doing these dailies. At that rate, that means we'd gain another guild level in less than a week.

Hey, a quick question.. how hard is the Uldum dungeon?
How hard would it be for 1 shadow Priest, and 4 hunters?
Does it have any particular mechanics that would prohibit me from dual-boxing through it? (in other words, the priest and 3 of the hunters are "people", while the 4th hunter is my "follow")

I can only imagine what you would do with 4 or 5 toons at once. Quick way to shoot up to level the guild rep (make sure to have the epic Renowned Guild Tabard on each toon too.

do all your toons have on the Guild rep bonus Tabards?Sukurachi wrote:I <3 dual-boxing.

I've done the 2 in random Dungeon finder just fine, I could probably handle 3 (tank and 2 dps or 3 dps). I think having a tank and a dps lowers my total dps output, but I at least get mostly instant queues for the dungeons.
3 dps (as in 3 hunters or 3 mages or any 3 ranged dps) would probably be most beneficial. It would be crazy to have dualboxing Elemental shammys with Lava Burst though

I MOSTLY dual-box hunters. I find it easier since I know the class so well.
but I do have a Shadow-Priest/Hunter pair, and my main pair are Hunter/Warlock.
I have a couple Mages that aren't paired up with anyone yet. I do have a level 75 Huntress I really like (esp. since I actually found her a mail "dress/skirt" to wear, transmogged) who MIGHT work well with one of my Mages.

Re: I'm just... happy and relieved: my guild just hit level
I never thought it would be possible. And this is with VERY few active players in the guild.
But now that we're 25.. what is my next goal?!?

Re: I'm just... happy and relieved: my guild just hit level
It's a vicious cycle:
few members online at any time -> new member joins -> new member finds it too quiet, and decides to leave -> few members in guild.
Every new member seems to stick around for a few weeks, then leaves when there aren't enough people around. The problem is, it seems that the minute one member leaves, another one joins! If the other member had held on a bit then we'd have TWO new members instead of the perpetual one new member.
People don't seem to want to invest in a guild anymore. They all want to belong to a level 25 guild for the perks, but don't want to stick around through the thin times and help make it grow.

Re: I'm just... happy and relieved: my guild just hit level
The problem is getting people to STAY in the guild longer than a few weeks.
They KNOW the guild is quiet and that I'm working trying to get more people in, and they always say "oh that's fine by me, then a couple of weeks later, they're gone: "sorry, the guild was too quiet for me". And a few days later, a new person joins the guild, and the whole thing starts over.
