I was out at the hospital with my mom. I figured it was gonna be a 30 minute thing.
I also haven't seen a TLPD or Vyragosa spawn in 2 whole days... Luck obviously wasn't with me.
So I got home and broke out the A&W chicken strips and slurped on my chocolate milkshake. Got on WoW. Fed my cat a few bites and some ranch because he's spoiled. Then I saw...
And I just couldn't believe...
I fell to my death...
Because I said fuck slow fall. Fuck ice block. I'm KILLING him before anyone else can lay eyes on...

Thank you, everyone <3 Truly. xD I thought he'd never turn out for me. I think my total time camping today was like. 2 and a half hours. @.@ It's as if he was waiting for me to come home and get settled before spawning.

Aeonaxx 1. Congrats to a druid from SoE for getting him. I was 3 seconds to late to you, random person, but hey. xD I've had worse luck.
But hey. I have until December until I'm "done" with NaNoWriMo. So I've got a loooot of time I'm gonna be sitting back and doing nothing but writing. Though my brother's coming over tomorrow to spend half a week. Bleh, life. GTFO mah camp.

I've been camping him a few weeks now. Saw him spawn on the 11th (my birthday -_-) and lost him by like a second to a Warlock. I had been camping several hours before he spawned. It was such a let down! Please wish me luck! I really need it.
Glad to see you got TLPD! I have a friend looking for him right now (was, but decided to focus strictly on Aeonaxx).

I'm hoping to at least get me a Vial of the Sands this Christmas or Thanksgiving, I've never had over 8k-10k gold before just because of my ALTs and their need for things.
Four days after initial spawn here and still no Aeonaxx. Been camping near Stone Core this time. My boyfriend was helping me camp but I know how boring it is, so he's leveling characters right now. This mount is causing me so much grief! X_X
sounds like you are using someone else's thread to talk about your own experiences. I'd love to hear about them more but perhaps you should start your own camping journal in this forum and let the original posters report their progress and theirs alone

Cause I'm trying to get Aeonaxx... that's why I have Aeonaxx in the title, not because this is the Aeonaxx camping thread. I think I've used up all of my luck, but I'm getting in a new shipment.
And more thank yous to everyone who's dropped by! That was the nastiest camp I've ever done xD It made pet hunting look like a walk in the park! With singing sunflowers! You all are amazingly kind. <3 You really are.
Anyway. I haven't gotten a lot of camping done unfortunately. See. Yeah. I've got a lot of time on my hands. Did I mention that's because my mother's got lung cancer really bad? :/ I don't like to rant on the forums, but it's part of why I haven't been online, posting, and certainly not camping lately. Earlier this week she got admitted to the hospital for bad stuff and I've been there every day with her and my brother. She'll be coming home by Thanksgiving, her surgery went okay, but it's been rough.
Now, if Aeonaxx wants to throw me a bone, that'd be nice. TLPD decided to do so himself. xD But I'd like this rough week's good karma to come out in other areas of my life outside of the game.
Anyway. Things have calmed down. So. Onward camp!

No. No Aeonaxx still. Apparently I missed one by being on the wrong side of the temple last night (he likes to spawn at the entrance, some non camper got him again :/). But never fear, for I have a new mount!
Horde side, I have 149 mounts with the paladin chargers. Ally side, I have 148, the numbers are odd because I recently bought the Golden King. So, to push me to 150, Blizzard decided to award me the Jade Kite!

It's so weird that, happened to me at 100 mounts.
Or, rather, I earned 99 mounts and then I got the achievement for 100, making my Red Dragonhawk the 100th... o.O
Grats though! Us in the EU don't get this patch until tomorrow. xD
