Old God effects on WoW Fauna

A couple of ponderings I had today:

- the elements on Draenor try to maintain balance, and aren't at war (this isn't the pondering, that was something we were told). What if "old gods" aren't always chaotic and violent, and the ones that infest Draenor are just more placid than the Azeroth ones?
- what if the old gods were initially a Titan creation to help spread life more quickly through the universe but occasionally they just run amok?

I don't know much old god lore, it was just me musing

I like to think of Old Gods as rebellious kids. They were on Azeroth first. Titans come along, try to tell em what to do, and the Old Gods just go "Screw you! I do what I want!"
