Hate to bump but do I create this new heavenly character or what? She would probably be a Belf and for sure on Nesingwary realm.

If so let me know when you're on Veph so we can get this started. ;) No worries if it's a 'no'. :)

Considering Veph is planning for Virtue to be an undead I doubt there's much rush... ;) But you should totally make a mirror thread to pick out your virtuous pets!!!

Hee, yes as Sarayana said Virtue will be an Undead hunter, so I can't actively play her until Cataclysm. I'm also race changing my current level 23 Orc hunter into her, so I won't be starting from scratch. But I just thought it would be a nifty idea to have an opposite/matching character on the same realm. x)

I don't think you'll be able to start race-changing into undead before someone gets an undead hunter to 85, so you'd most likely have to wait some time...

Yup, I know that's the most likely possibility. But I'm still levelling my orc in the meantime, and I already have 5 of the pets tamed in preparation. :3

I've got Wrath, Greed, Sloth, Gluttony, and Pride on her right now. Pride is actually the Clutchmother as a placeholder until I'm high enough to tame the purple, but it's the first time I've ever had the Clutchmother on a character and it's pretty neat.

So Sin would be undead hunter????
Sounds interesting. But yeah that's a long wait. I should change Rexia my troll hunter to Nesingwary. I can use her in the mean time to collect the holy pets. She's level 25 I think now.

Where should I start that pet thread????

Rottingham wrote:They're pretty much perfect, except I'd think of the worm as Gluttony. In the book "Inferno" when they explore the ring of Gluttony in hell, there are worm-like creatures that are devouring people. That's the only reason worm came to mind, though :P But boar would have been the obvious next choice.

Thumbs up on this!
If you want to be technical a corehound would also work for this. In Dante's Inferno he had Cerberus ravaging the gluttonous as they wallowed in their own....well, we won't go into that.

I dunno how I missed this thread though, Veph, that's a really good idea! Now I want to try it for one of my favorite biblical references as well...the four horsemen of the apocalypse (Pestilence, War, Famine and Death). It'd be neat to think of a team for those :)

That one elite vulture - it's red and big and annoying - would be great for greed. The one that eats people and becomes passive for a short time? It's greedy for MOAR DEATH because seriously, what sort of vulture eats that much? :/
