Has anyone tamed a giraffe yet on beta? I wonder how tall they end up being. I already know I'm grabbing one of those brown Longneck Grazers in Sholazar, but I'm itching to see how tiny they become.
EDIT: https://shadowlands.wowhead.com/npc=91386/guarm There's the other Guarm in Helheim. Says it's tameable, so worth checking out! Though, I wouldn't be surprised if this one's not tameable.

Well that sucks. There's an easy fix for that; perhaps a certain lurker can consider one more Christmas miracle! At least there's 30 other beasts on my radar to grab that aren't plants. Thanks for checking Valnaaros.
I missed the tweet cause there's so much info coming in at once. I'm gonna cry forever in the happy corner now. Ahahaha. Now I can toss myself in the vampire pit and get ALL THE DEAD PETS!
Since you're checking the big bugs, mind checking the dungeon "Gate of the Setting Sun" and seeing if you can tame the final boss in both its broken and non-broken forms? Before it breaks, it's ramming its face into the gate, but after you attack it's ???, it suddenly half-explodes and gushes bug juices. Wondering if the kunchong can be half-broken like the brain bugs. There's others that break, but that one happens to be the quickest one I can think of. That, or LFR Garalon, whichever wing it's in.

I just checked on wowhead, all guarms will be in the hound family instead of hydra, even if it’s cunning, still better than being put in an unsuitable family for them

On the undead pets thing. As far as I can see, any race can currently tame undead pets. I don't think the tome effects/requirements are linked up yet. It'll probably require that in a future build. But to the best of my knowledge, everyone can currently tame them.
On the Nighthold scorpid thing. Well.. the live version of the pages doesn't list them as tameable.. so something changed.
It'd be nice if we didn't need the book at all. Cloud serpents make sense since they're dragons, but a dead devilsaur is still just a devilsaur! A dead raptor is still a dead scientifically inaccurate raptor, and so on! Though, I'll still grind out the book if it ends up being a thing. I have everything else including the Order rep at exalted, so might as well!

You were the first person I thought of when I Read on wowhead that Kunchongs were tameable now. xD
Hahaha. I'm crazy..
You were also the first person I thought of as well and I'm stoked for you. Ahha.
Nothing had me extreme hype for this xpac until today. Holy crap.
I appreciate it, haha.
Though I know I'm not the only one who was after Kunchong. Definitely happy to see them, though. And Aqir Goliaths too. Those were my main ones. Though it's probably the buzz everyone is feeling that is the most enjoyable.
Oh, and of course there's the Cloud Serpents. Bugs are my bread and butter, but Cloud Serpents have always been cool.
