Who else is doing it? And who else is silly enough to be writing a WoW-centric story?

Much gratitude to Spiritbinder for the signature and Vephriel for the avatar! <3

So it isn't weird to have those disjointed scenes. I have nothing but them when I'm feeling inspired, it's like tasty flashes of nummy plot twists and romantic rendezvous in my head. I thought I was the only one!Loethlin wrote:When I write, I usually have disjointed scenes in my head, and most of them are really good, but then I have a problem with what happens inbetween. I can never really fill the gaps, it's very frustrating.
Unfortunately, a book cannot consist of disjointed scenes.
Good luck filling your gaps!
And get better soon.

Not the only one at all!Bellatryx wrote:So it isn't weird to have those disjointed scenes. I have nothing but them when I'm feeling inspired, it's like tasty flashes of nummy plot twists and romantic rendezvous in my head. I thought I was the only one!
There's a fanfiction author I watch who has a few stories that are built like that, and it works out great! Each 'chapter' is just a short little scene, a blurb of whatever came to her head I'm sure, but even without the filler parts a definite story evolves. It's a really refreshing way to read a story. ^^Loethlin wrote:Not the only one at all!Bellatryx wrote:So it isn't weird to have those disjointed scenes. I'm coping by just writing scenes down and not doing much else, letting everyone else fill the gaps with whatever they want. Hell, an ongoing fanfic (Star Trek, of course) I write is based on this very premise.
People seem to enjoy it enough for me to be in denial about the issue.
