I really, really, reeeeeally think Blizz should simply retire the bronze and blue Madexx IDs, leave the red/green/black IDs intact, and make the commons stable colors. You know, even though I'd like my blue becoming red I have to say I agree with this, existing tamed pets shouldn't really be change...

I can definitely sympathize with the people who went out to find blue and/or bronze and now get their pet changed, but for me this change is good. The only Madexx I've ever seen in the wild (alive or dead) is my current blue one and I like the red color a lot better.

Also, could people *please* stop assuming that everyone who plays a rogue is underhanded and does cheap shots in real life? I thought this was a role playing game... Fair point. When I found him the first time he was already being moonfired and whatnot by a moonkin. Second time he was tagged by another hunter, tame in progress. So yeah, the hypothesis that he's not alive for long in the wild is probably true.

In general I agree with first tag gets the kill/tame.

Also: There are people frequenting these forums that have undead rogue alts... or even (ex-)mains. (shocking, I know!)

Has only happened once with me so far, I saw Terrorpene wandering around all alone at around 3am. No hunters I knew around at the time so I just left the area.

I initially thought that Ghostcrawler would be easy as well. Though when I finally found him down in the depths then I already had most of the other Cata rares and about three weeks had passes since release.

Hope I never see that part of the zone again.
