Boub has read into the change too much. They just removed the part about it not affecting BW off the tooltip as it is impossible to have both.

Obviously the mottled drake they refer to is a speckled male duck.

It looks like there will be three mini pets from archaeology. The mummified monkey paw and skeletal raptor as mentioned before, but there is also a clockwork gnome!

There is also a mini seagull(_) and fox(_).

There was an article over on WoW.com the other week about the BM rotation. Here's the link. Although it is a little outdated with some of the more recent changes to the beta, I imagine the principle is still similar, if no the same.
