Probably done most of those several times, if not at least once or twice... My favorite is one of the times we were on Saurfang, pre-ICC-buff. Bow broke midfight, so I ran up and started meleeing and dropping traps... and we still almost beat him. Wasn't an enrage issue though that wiped us that time.

Hardware upgrades.. I'm not sure about some of the others on that list, but Draenor was one of the early servers, and I know Feathermoon was a release server. So, they probably need to do some hardware upgrades on those servers to get them up to snuff for running Cataclysm.
